A magic wand is a thin straight stick or rod, sometimes decorated in the form of a spear or scepter and with a precious stone or some structure at its end. In modern vocabulary of the phrase “magic wand”, as a rule, is associated with magic.

This is the tool of every wizard, with the help of which a spell uttered aloud or silently, accompanied by a certain movement of the wand, gives the desired result. The wand, as it were, focuses the will of the wizard in itself and shoots the transforming charge in the right direction. In rare cases, especially strong magicians can do without a magic wand, transforming space and objects only by the power of thought. Wizards keep the secret of making and using wands, not trusting it in any of the other magical intelligent creatures.
